Basic Tips for Skipping Rope Exercises


- You should buy a good quality jump rope. otherwise, the line can break while you are exercising. It will hurt and damage to your body.

- Try to claim that barefoot skipping. It makes your feet secure. It helps you to cure many of your foot related problems. But you should train slowly to be able to jump rope for a good session of barefoot skipping. If you feel pain when try barefoot skipping wear good sports shoes.

- You should wear a high impact sports bra. because skipping allows a lot of breast movements. If you don't wear a good fitting sports bra, it can cause tears in the chest muscles.

-The skipping can practice by any level people on the fitness scale.it can use beginner, intermediator's & advancers. This skipping is endurance training & conditioning .it is not only burning calories. then start small & systematically increase the speed of the exercise.

- you should not do skipping exercise on a carpeted surface or stone surface. You should do it on shock absorbing surface.

-you can do skipping anytime & anywhere. but you should select an area with high ceilings or open sky area.

-This skipping rope jumping is a high-intensity exercise. You must do a warm- up before starting this. The stretching exercises are must before do the skipping.

- if you want to lose weight,20 minutes skipping is sufficed for the daily cardio.it can improve your running skills & it is useful to runners for warming up.
